Monthly members have access to unlimited daycare 7-days a week while Daily members generally only use daycare 1-2 times per week.

How do I get my dog into Every Dog Has Its Day Care?

In addition to our vaccination policies, we require an interview for all new dogs. This is a short introduction to other dogs to make sure your dog will have a good time. Interviews are scheduled between 11:30am and 2:30pm Monday-Friday.

What's the difference in a tour and an assessment?

You can tour the facility for free without your dog by appointment Monday-Friday.

What are your weekend hours?

Monday - Friday
    Morning Check-In     7AM - 10AM
    Afternoon Check-out     4PM - 7PM

Saturday - Sunday
    Morning Check-In     9AM - 10AM
    Afternoon Check-out     4PM - 5PM

Of course you are welcome to come or go outside of our lobby hours, but please be aware it may take us a few minutes to get to the door. We never leave the dogs unattended.

What are your late policies?

We charge $30 for arriving 1-15 minutes late and $60 for arriving 16-30 minutes late. Dogs may not be picked up after 30 minutes past closing.

If my dog is boarding what time do they need to be there by?

2PM.

If my dog boards and stays for daycare do I have to pay $60 for boarding and $40 for day care?

No, $60 includes daycare.

Can I see where my dog is going to play?

We are happy to show you as much of the facility as possible however, for the safety of the dogs certain areas are restricted.

My dog seems very tired, hungry or thirsty when they come home. Is this normal?

This is completely normal. You can expect your dog to be tired for the first several times they come to daycare. Although the dogs have ample nap time, it is a lot of new information for them to process. And of course, they will be playing for the majority of the day.
