Big Dog Land
Big Dog Land is designed for dogs over 25 pounds to enjoy a large, indoor-outdoor play space that provides plenty of room to exercise, socialize or just lie around and relax.
Our dogs are divided into groups based on their age, energy level and play style. Our senior population can enjoy quiet time on the numerous benches and swings in the facility while the younger pups can wrestle and tumble with their friends on the soft grass. We make sure to rotate groups, so that everyone gets plenty of opportunity to splash in the pool and lay in the sun.
During the day, the dogs participate in different games and activities all geared towards their specific needs. Younger, more active dogs may play games such as follow-the-leader, weaving through cones and agility equipment, or tic-tac-toe. Those dogs that prefer a more mellow option can enjoy having their coats combed and of course have their bellies rubbed.
In the evening, we offer Active Dog Land for those dogs that still have a little more energy to burn. The opportunity to run and play with toys helps burn off that extra steam. Some of our dogs never want to go home they have so much fun!
As with all areas of our facility, we use hospital-grade cleaning supplies and techniques to maintain a sanitary and appealing environment.
Our trained staff are always present to supervise the dogs at play.
